A volunteer doctor from SARS was mobilised to a serious road traffic collision. The SARS doctor working alongside Fire and Ambulance crews provided advanced prehospital care at the scene and later escorted a patient to hospital via land ambulance.

A volunteer SARS critical care team was mobilised to a patient who had suffered a serious sporting injury. The SARS team were the first emergency medical resource on scene and assessed and treated the patient who was later taken to hospital via land ambulance.
