Life saving stats

SARS is the first medical resource on scene in around 31% of incidents attended

SARS has responded to over 19000 call outs

Over 7000 clinical hours volunteered annually

£0 cost to the patients we treat

SARS receives no central government funding.

When you receive no central government funding, every little counts! Small donations accumulated can buy lots of life-saving medical kit. You can support SARS while you shop via Easyfundraising or if you are a business owner you can host a SARS collection box in your shop/café/gym etc.

We need funding to help cover our running costs, the purchase of equipment and cost of training new responders aswell as maintaining our current assets like our team vehicles.

We are now fundraising for new monitoring equipment, personal protective equipment and a portable ventilator. The first two items are essential for all SARS solo responders and the ventilator will provide specialist support for paediatric and adult patients who require advanced airway management en route to hospital.

Any contribution you can make towards our costs will help us provide the highest level of service to the people of Suffolk and its surrounding areas.

Shop with over 4000 retailers

When you use easyfundraising to shop the retailer makes a small donation to say thank you to SARS.

Throw a bash to raise some cash…cake sales, quiz nights, tea parties and coffee mornings. Why not have a social and raise some money for a good cause as well? Charity of the year – many sports clubs, groups and societies nominate a charity of the year. If you are looking for a local cause to support why not choose SARS?

Our responders have helped saved countless lives, on a voluntary basis, over the last 50 years. Not only will you help raise funds to support our work but through your support you will help raise our profile as well.
