Volunteer SARS responders, Joe and James attended my accident in Newmarket. I had a horse-riding accident where my horse fell on top of me. I would like to say a really huge thank you to them both. They really made feel so safe and secure and i really trusted my life with them. They were excellent at being methodical, calming and reassuring and I am so, so grateful that they came to my side that day.
